As1: “Police” Statue. Ironwood, traces of pigments. H: 66.5”. Early-mid 20th century. Ibanic Dayak (probably Kontu/Kantuk), West Kalimantan, Borneo Island, Indonesia. Ex: Los Angeles collection (from early 1980’s). With police or military uniform and separate pegged arms; one hand on hip and the other hand raised, giving the impression of a traffic cop.
