Booth for Mark A. Johnson Asian & Tribal Art (Los Angeles) at the Los Angeles Tribal, Folk & Textile Show in November, 2001. Shown are a set of Dayak Headhunting Regalia, including a war shield (with human hair), a mandau or headhunting sword (also with human hair hanging from the handle), a protective war vest, and a war helmet with feathers. Another unique brass ceremonial dance shield from the Kenyah tribe is displayed nearby. On the right wall are two rare painted bark cloth blouses (with one applique blouse) of the Toraja. At the left is a old Hudoq mask of the Kayan tribe, that is published in "Jungles of Borneo", 1927.

In front, with out-stretched arms, is a unique wood protective figure from the entrance of a cave in West Borneo. In the background, near the display case is a wood carving of the Jorai, a tribal group in Vietnam.
