Ikat Dyed Wall Hanging

Uzbek, Central Asia. Private Collection, New York (part of the Guido Goldman Ikat Collection and published in the book “Ikat”).
I bought this one in the late 70’s, near the end of my days of collecting Central Asian ikat textiles. This one was always my favorite and much more beautiful than my photograph.
